The 122-acre Birmingham Zoo features animals from all over the world. The zoo has about 550 animals of 180 species including sea lions, elephants, bears, flamingos, and endangered species from six continents. The zoo exhibits include American Alligators, African Lions, Sea Lions, Children's Zoo, and Trails of Africa. Other attractions include carousel, train, Lorikeet Feeding, Flamingo Feeding, and Sea Lion Show.
