The aquarium exhibits include North America, In The Desert, Under The Sea, At The Wharf, The Rainforest, Coral Lagoon, Sunken Temple, Shipwreck, and At The Beach. Downtown Aquarium of Denver features over 500 species of freshwater and marine animals. Other attractions of the aquarium includes Aquarium Express train ride, Aquatic Carousel, and 4-D Theater.

SeaQuest Littleton is a 20,000 square feet aquarium that features over 1,200 animals from five continents. SeaQuest 36,000 gallon exhibit includes reef sharks, stingrays & hundreds of tropical fish. Visitors can also touch, feed, and interact with animals. The aquarium offers various hands-on activities including hand-feeding sharks, stingrays, birds & tropical animals. SeaQuest also offers packages to host and celebrate birthday parties or private events.
