Savannah Wormsloe Historic Site

Wormsloe Historic Site, also known as Wormsloe Plantation protects estate of Noble Jones. The 822 acres site is located within dense oak-pine maritime forest. It includes 7 miles nature trail, a museum & theater, colonial life area, gift shop, and picnic area. The site features scenic oak-lined avenue and interpretive nature trail leads past the tabby ruins along the marsh to the Colonial Life Area. The site also hosts several events throughout the year including popular "Colonial Faire and Muster" in February that features 18th century life and the "Tools and Skills that Built a Colony" event in Labor Day weekend.
