Isle Royale National Park

Isle Royale National Park is known for the largest island in Lake Superior. Surrounded by Lake Superior, the park includes Isle Royale and 450 surrounding smaller islands. It includes two developed areas: Rock Harbor on the northeast end of the island, and Windigo on the southwest end. The park offers number of hiking trails in both areas. Recreational activity includes hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and scuba diving.
