Cedar Hill State Park

Cedar Hill State Park located 10 miles southwest of Dallas features shore of Joe Pool Lake. The state park offers opportunity to explore limestone hills and rolling tallgrass prairie at same time. The 12 miles long DORBA (Dallas Off-Road Bike Association) trail is perfect for hiking and biking. Water recreation at the lake include swimming and fishing. It also has 350 campsites with water and electricity facility. Things to do at the state park include hiking, biking, camping, nature watch and picnicking.
