San Angelo State Park
San Angelo State Park features banks of O.C. Fisher Reservoir and the Concho River. The historic park offers both water and land based recreation activities. The lake and river offers opportunity to swim, fish, boat, and paddle. The state park offers 50 miles of multiuse trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The 2-mile Dinosaur Trail features fossilized trackways of pre-dinosaur creatures from the Permian Age. The park offers campsites with water and electricity, rustic log cabin, and a bunkhouse with kitchen, restroom and living area.
