Inner Space Cavern

Inner Space Cavern located in Georgetown, Texas was formed by water passing through Edwards limestone. The cavern is around 20-25 million years old and is opened to the public since 1966. It was discovered by a Texas Highway Department core drilling team in 1963. Inner Space Cavern is known for its beautiful formations, large rooms, and prehistoric animal bones. The cavern temperature remains a constant 72 degrees year round. Three different levels of tours are available to explore the caverns: Adventure Tour, Hidden Passage Tour, and Wild Cave Tour. The Adventure Tour is most popular classic tour of the cavern. The tour departs every 20 to 30 minutes and last about 1 hours. It includes view of largest rooms and formations. The Hidden Passages tour is a guided tour with flashlight provided to explore delicate formations. The tour last about 1.5 hours and children under age 7 cannot participate in the tour. The Wild Cave Tour is the most advanced tour of age 13+ that will take you deep underground into a complex maze of passages and chambers. The tour takes about 3 to 4 hours of hiking, crawling, and climbing.

Natural Bridge Caverns is a family owned and operated natural attraction. It offers two types of tour to visitors: Discovery Tour and Hidden Passages Tour. Discovery Tour features half-mile caverns tour below 180 feet. The tour offers spectacular views of formations. Hidden Passages Tour offers tour of huge underground chambers with delicate formations. Natural Bridge Caverns also offers private VIP tour experiences such as Private Cavern Tour, Lantern Tour, Photography Tour, Hidden Passages Adventure Tour, and Dinner for group. There are more attractions outside the caverns such as Twisted Trails Zip Rails & Ropes Course, Twisted Trails Tykes, Twisted Trails Climbing, Maze, Gem & Fossil Mining, and Gift Shop.

It is a popular tourist attraction with pavilions and observation tower. Admission to the park ground is free. However, entry to the cavern require admission fee.
