Tulsa Philbrook Museum of Art

Philbrook Museum of Art was the gift of the 72-room mansion and surrounding 23 acres of grounds as an art center from Oklahoma oil pioneer Waite Phillips and his wife Genevieve to the city of Tulsa. The museum is located in a former 1929s Italian Renaissance villa. Museum collection includes Native American art featuring basketry, pottery, paintings and jewelry. The museum has outdoor 25-acre of formal and informal gardens known as Philbrook Gardens.
